Hi, in most cases no. Most towers have fiber- and those that don't rely upon microwave connections to sites with fiber. Fiber is considred a utility in the lease and therefore doesn't justify more rent. Indirectly there is a benefit to the tower owner and subtenants in that fiber is more reliable. But it won't change the purchase price being offered.
