It ranges pretty widely and depends upon the design of the guyed tower. All guyed towers are not alike—they are designed for the site and the intended loading. It could run as little as $50,000 and as much as $300,000. On top of that, there would be additional expense in relocating the equipment for tenants on the tower. In many cases, the tenant won't move their equipment; they will build a new site on the new tower and then decommission the existing site.
