Congrats on buying the property and tower. First off, I assume you have insured the tower and that if the tower is in excess of 200' that you or the radio station have FAA lighting on the tower and it is being monitored per FAA requirements (once every 24 hours visually or electronically). I assume the tower is not near other towers. If it is, that makes this even more challenging.
In terms of adding tenants to a tower, there is no easy answer. My company doesn't help tower owners market their towers because it is hard to do and generally requires local expertise to be truly effective. There are a lot of companies out there that claim they can market towers and land for 5G, but we don't have much faith in them.
The best guidance I can give is to do two things:
1.) Make sure that the FCC Antenna Structure Registration has your contact information so that a potential tenant can reach out to you directly.
2.) Make sure there is a sign on the gate to the tower or the access road that has contact information on how to lease space on the tower.
There are companies out there that will help tower owners market their tower. Subcarrier Communications for example. They take a hefty piece of the revenue for doing so, but it may be better than nothing. You might consider reaching out to them.
