Hi, sorry you have had so many issues with American Tower. To answer your questions:
1. Depends entirely on the lease agreement and any amendments. I suspect they have the right to replace the tower and to use land nearby for staging purposes while they reconstruct the tower.
2. Unless your lease includes language that allows you to charge compensation, you may not be able to do so. In terms of what is fair and reasonable assuming your lease allows you to seek compensation, there isn't an established amount although we have seen one-time payments of $5,000 to $15,000 for a COW for a year.
3. Yes to the extent your damages are quantifiable and documented. But I doubt they will take care of your time unless you helped repair the actual damage/remediation of the pasture.
Ultimately, the key to all your questions is your lease document. If you have difficulty with American Tower, I would recommend seeking out a local attorney to help force them to pay for damages/make you whole.
