Generally, any tower can be marketed. The tower though would have to have structural capacity for cellular equipment which the tower would have had to be engineered to support. Assuming the tower was engineered to include cellular equipment, you can attempt to market the tower to the carriers- but unless you have local contacts, it's hard to get anyone to consider the tower. There are some tower companies that will sign a marketing agreement, but they take 25% or more of the revenue for any lease they procure for you. Hope this helps.
