Thanks for posting. Based on the limited information provided, it is hard to tell whether there is room to negotiate. It appears they have run into issues with the first two candidates but there could be many reasons. Could be that the other owners are taking too long, or asking for too much, or requiring some type of language that Vertical Bridge doesn't like. Or it could be that Vertical Bridge is looking for a backup candidate in case the first one falls through. Without looking at the specific properties/options for them, hard to ascertain whether you have room to negotiate. There may be other options beyond the first three that would work for them. Without knowing more, the main thing I would consider is whether there are zoning regulations that restrict or limit the placement of towers in the county. If no, the probability is higher that you don't have much power in the negotiation. If yes, then you might and it is probably worth reaching out directly to us for us to take a look at further.
