Most likely, yes. Generally, a cell tower lease passes with the land- meaning that the lease is binding on whoever owns the land, regardless of whether they were originally part of signing the lease or not. It depends upon the language in the lease agreement, so if you want to be sure, you should have the agreement reviewed by a local attorney.
