Generator leases typically start around $300/mo and go up from there. How much more depends upon the subject site, size of the generator area, its location, and how vulnerable the site is to a potential power outage. See below for a typical generator installation by T-Mobile.
T-Mobile will provide the amendment format- but we can advise on the business terms for the amendment. Otherwise, T-Mobile may attempt to add language that is unrelated to the generator and is unnecessary.
