If you already have a lease and it doesn't include specific language to that effect, the answer is probably not. There may be some states where state law would provide otherwise, but I don't know of any offhand.
If you are in the process of negotiating a lease with Verizon- you should either have them remove the requirement for you to maintain insurance or ask them to pay for any premium above and beyond the insurance you already have. (You should never need to provide insurance for Verizon for your personal property or vacant property unless used for commercial purposes.)
Regarding taxes, your lease with Verizon should require that they will reimburse you for any taxes attributable to their improvements. This would include real property taxes or a portion of your real property taxes, sales tax on the lease payment if your state requires such, and personal property taxes on their equipment which they should be paying directly.
Ideally, you should ask the tax assessor whether they can just set up a separate tax parcel and bill Verizon directly for any real or personal property taxes related to the tower/cell site.
