Thank you for reaching out to us. We aren't able to answer that question blindly. It completely depends upon the location of the proposed tower and the availability of other sites nearby. Wisconsin has state-wide zoning for towers, making it easier for tower companies to get zoning approval- especially in rural areas. So if you are in a rural area- you can't be too aggressive or they will find someone else and you will be looking at a tower but not receiving any revenue.
