Good morning,
Generally, there is not much of a financial opportunity in offering up HOA property for 5G facilities. We have assisted significantly larger residential communitiies and even they don't get a significant amount of compensation. If there are public right of ways through your HOA, then the wireless providers have the right under the FCC 3rd Order to place small cells in the public right of way for a fee that cannot exceed $270/year. (yes per year). If there are no public right of ways in your residential community (all roads are privately owned)- then perhaps in the distant future a wireless provider might be interested, but even then, they rarely pay much for the opportunity. In some rare cases with very affluent communities- providers will pay a decent amount.
There are a number of companies out there that will market your property - although they take between 25% and 75% of the revenue for doing so. Generally we advise against them.
In terms of contacting the wireless carriers, please see this page about getting a cell tower on your property.
Hope this helps.
