I assume you are referring to the use paragraph that allows the wireless service provider to revise their equipment for E-911 or other public safety-related purposes. This language is added to leases to prevent landowners or tower owners from charging additional rent for the changes to equipment. With ground leases, you may not have much choice as tower owners don't want landowners to have control over what equipment goes on the tower. With rooftop or tower leases, this language should be removed.
