Hi,
Contact Crown Castle's landlord relations hotline and request a Business Summary Affidavit. (BSA) CCI will review the file and provide a notarized statement of whether you are entitled to any sublease revenue. Historically, we have found Crown Castle to be straightforward about revenue share payments for the most part. There are some situations where they make mistakes and find them (in favor and against the landowner) and there are a few scenarios where they "interpret" the lease in a way that cuts out revenue sharing for the landowner. For the most part, though- we almost never see them not paying revenue share when they should. Thus, you likely don't have any sublease tenants on the tower.
If you care to forward us photos of the tower - happy to review them and confirm this.
