Ballpark of a rooftop lease in Colorado Springs
Hello,
I am the Facilities Manager of an office building in Colorado Springs. The building that I manage is on top of a hill on the city's west side, which from what I have been told would be a highly desireable location for cellular, and other communications antennas. Before I start talking with the building's ownership though I'd like to know what a rough ballpark of what a lease could bring in?
