Yes, it is probably safe to assume that there are other subtenants on the tower with the microwave dishes. Cricket wouldn't have used that many dishes on their own, so they likely belong or belonged to another subtenant.
However, just because there are microwave dishes on the tower doesn't mean that they are active. Wireless carriers are replacing microwave links with fiber when possible. American Tower and other tower companies typically leave the dishes on the tower even if inactive until there are issues with structural capacity or another future tenant needs the space where the dishes are. Then they make that company remove them (or charge to remove them)
I will reach out via email separately. Probably worth evaluating whether the dishes are currently active, whose they are, and what they connect to. If they are active, its costly to relocate them and in some cases, can't be done. In those scenarios- there may be upside to extending the lease with ATC or if your interest is in selling, pushing them higher on their offer.
