Hi, Good morning. Unfortunately, the wireless carriers have outsourced the lease negotiation for existing leases to third parties who sometimes perform their services on a contingency basis. The carriers no longer have sufficient staff to negotiate the leases themselves so it is very difficult to get beyond the third-party negotiators. That being said, if you can ignore their attempts to revise the lease so that it is favorable to the tenant, we are getting deals done with Md7 and Black Dot. While they ask for concessions, in many cases they aren't necessary.
In your situation, I would recommend reaching out to us and discussing this further. There is a strong probability that one of the two leases will be terminated despite the recent upgrades. (see the articles on T-Mobile turning off the Sprint 5G) There is a slim chance that both leases could be kept or at least you can make it more difficult for them to cancel.
