Hi, Unfortunately, until they come back, there isn't much that can be done. There isn't a way to determine who it is or why they approached you. Only the company would know. They don't have to submit anything or contact anyone to approach a landowner to put a tower on their property. Best thing you can do is leave contact information on a card next to the front door so that if they do come back they can reach you by phone. Normally if they are interested though- they will leave a card themselves.
