Good morning,
Based upon our limited experience in Canada, pricing and terms for leases north of the border are similar to those in the US, albeit slightly lower on average. Furthermore, there is less collocation in general due to what appears to have been more restrictive practices by wireless carriers in sharing facilities. This leads to lower overall revenue on towers which leads to slightly lower lease rates on ground leases. Construction costs are similar to those in the northern US.
