Generally, we advise against accepting an offer before agreeing to use our services. While many offers are non-binding and not legally enforceable even if signed, the agents can get frustrated with having it accepted and renegotiated afterward. If your property is unique and they need it- no big deal. However, if your property is one of many options they have, they may choose not to deal with you.
