Assuming that you mean that the lease expires in 4 years, (as opposed to renewing for another 5 year term), it is very likely that the rate could be improved beyond the $1000/mo. Typically, having microwave dishes on the tower does improve the value to the tower company which therefore improves the value to you. But even without, we normally assist our clients in getting more than $1000/mo on Verizon towers.
