Good morning,
Thank you for posting this. This one is easy. Assuming the $30K and $50K refer to a one time signing bonus, these offers are bad. Not kind of bad or a little bad, but really bad. The $190K lease buyout is also bad.
As to the actual value, we would have to look at it further to determine how much CCI would agree to in order to get the extension. My recommendation would be to tell them that their offer is not remotely close and that you will prefer to wait until they come back with a much better offer. Fortunately for CCI, they have plenty of time with which to do this.
If and when you get an offer that is substantially better (involving a rent increase and a signing bonus), feel free to reach out to us and we can let you know what it will cost to review and figure out the full fair market value and advise you on how to procure it from CCI.
