Good morning. Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question. My analogy would be it is like asking someone what the value of a generic house is in Syracuse NY. (my home town) House values range from $50K to $1.5M. Without looking at the location, age of tower, type of tower, number of tenants, term remaining on the lease, it is impossible to guage what the appropriate lease rate should be.

Best thing to do would be to have your friend contact us to discuss his or her situation and we can walk through whether there is opportunity to improve their situation.
