Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that Verizon didn't move forward with your lease.
In terms of a refund, it depends upon the circumstances. If you asked for our aggressive recommendation or you or your attorney pushed for terms outside those we recommended, typically we don't offer a refund. However, if we were incorrect or Verizon ended up going to a nearby property because of our recommendations, we would be happy to discuss a partial or full refund depending upon the circumstances. Matt on our end will be calling you to discuss this further and see what happened.
