I really don't have any way of knowing or figuring out how to get the existing equipment working. Could be multiple vendors. Could be licensed or unlicensed technology.
I would check the equipment itself to see whether there are any names on the equipment itself- specifically the transmitters.
If you need to recreate the link- I would also recommend contacting https://www.ubnt.com/. I am not sure whether their equipment will do 3-5KM- but if not, they can likely put you in touch with someone who can help.
If none of this works, you may need to check with a local radio shop to see if they can send a technician out to figure out what you have.
