Good morning,
Will answer the question you asked- and one you didn't.
The quickest way to estimate the number of tenants on the tower is to look for the triangular platforms that are mounted on the tower at different heights. Each triangular platform (known as a "rad center") may contain a wireless carrier's equipment and antennas. There are situations where one carrier will use two rad centers or a rad center may contain antennas that were previously in use but aren't now and just haven't been removed. (Nextel, MetroPCS, Cricket)'
There may be additional wireless entities installed on the tower but there isn't a surefire way to visually identify these or the number of them. If you want to send over a photo to us, we will gladly review and let you know what we see.
Regarding the lease extension, there are very few times we ever advise our clients to extend a lease for $1000/mo., even if Verizon was the only carrier on the tower.
