Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do to help with this situation. It may be that there are no towers for the specific company that provides service to Tracfone in the area. Tracfone has agreements with different carriers including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile. There may be service in the area, just not with the carrier that is connected to the specific service on your Tracfone phone.
