Good morning. Thanks for reaching out to us with this question about cell tower lease buyouts for rural towers in Texas. From the sounds of it, your lease must be pretty low on a monthly rent basis. Landmark's offer sounds right for them, but Crown's offer may be low depending upon how much time there is remaining on your lease. If there are less than 20 years remaining on the lease, I would strongly recommend against selling at either offer. There are better options available including renegotiating the terms of your lease and then selling.
