Good morning. This used to be a common part of cell tower leases- where a landowner could get cell service as part of their lease. However, this has been discontinued as a matter of policy by the wireless carriers- they will not offer cell service under any conditions as part of a cell tower lease- too hard to track and if they sell their tower to a tower company, the tower company can't provide the service.
