For this specific situation, I would expect $200/mo-$300/mo. Has to be enough for the broadcaster to justify even looking at the paperwork.
Broadcast Tower Lease Cost
Do you have an approximate idea of what a small lease space on a private broadcast tower is going for. I'm looking at a short term (6-9 months) lease for a small 3db omni antenna that only needs to go 60-70 feet up on a local broacast tower up around Salisbury Maryland. The overall tower height looks to be around 300 feet.
I believe I can address any interference issues with the owner, they are on FM and we are looking at VHF for our two way radios.
Just wanted to get a ball park pricing idea before I contacted the owner. It's in a small town so they may actually be willing to barter with some community relations type stuff.
