That's a great question- when I look on Better Business Bureau I can't find it either. We have previously been listed on the BBB website with an A rating. However, I can't find Steel in the Air on either the West Florida BBB website (where our office was located prior to September 2016) or in the Albany, Rochester branch in New York where our primary office is located now. I don't know why it is no longer there.
I have submitted a request to the BBB to ask them to add us again. I don't know how long this will take. If you would like to speak to references about our services, please just ask and we will give you as many as you need to feel comfortable.
