Possiblity of lease?
I own several acres of land on top of a high ridge line in Colorado. It is the only private land in the area. It is also in a direct line to a popular ski area. There is currently no cell phone coverage in the area. My land is already being used to transmit high speed internet to the ski area because of its remoteness. The ridge is at 12,000 feet and has unabstructed views literally for hundreds of miles! Should I be checking into putting a cell tower also on the land? Thanks
