SBA wanted to do a lease buyout
SBA currently has a 300' ft cell tower on a family members proprerty. Verizon and A&T currently have use of the towers.SBA ais wanting to do a lifetime lease buyout, which is ok but how shoud this lease be calculated for cover a lifetime of use? How do I I help to calculate what is a reasonable offer?
