Thank you for this question. Historically, we have found that there is no "going rate" for commissions on new cell tower leases. Typical site management companies charge between 10% and 75% of the revenue of the lease- either as one time fees or even as ongoing fees. (Yes- some companies take a ridiculous 75% of the lease on an ongoing basis). Furthermore, it depends upon the services being offered or included in the site management- with more services mandating higher %s.
