Yes, more than one wireless carrier can use a tower (or another structure like a rooftop). I believe that CellID is specific to each wireless carrier at each location, meaning that if there were multiple carriers at one location, they would still have separate CellIDs for each "cell site" at that location. I don't know enough about CellIDs to tell you whether it would include roaming sites for different providers.

Unfortunately, we do not maintain cell ID data for any towers at any time. We do have location data for cell towers from 2005-2010- but it doesn't include cell ID. Cell ID is maintained by the wireless carrier who was using the towers.

Quick question here if you can answer it. Can only one wireless carrier use a tower? And also with all those numbers listed from one history report, is it possible one of the cell id numbers could be from a different cell phone carrier, like I happened to start roaming and used a different providers cell tower? Thank you for your help and the information! Aaron
