You are wise to consider the interference issue with AM tower leasing prior to entering into any agreements. My first guidance would be to consider whether there are other towers nearby (non-AM). If so and they are outside of the 1/4 mile radius, those locations will be more desirable to potential non-AM tenants due to the lower costs related to AM detuning.
If you are the only tower in the area and there are strict zoning ordinances in place, there may be more interest in your location due to it being an established tower. I would recommend speaking with someone like the LBA Group- I see their name pretty frequently when it comes up to the topic of AM detuning- they can give you more specific and actionable advice then we can.
