Thank you for inquiring. I suspect that Unison Site Management (a lease buyout company) believes the tower is on your property as opposed to the property next door. They don't typically pursue tower development opportunities- the letters are intentionally vague to convince the ground lessor under the tower to call them - making the landowner believe that Unison wants to add equipment to the tower. While it is possible but unlikely there could be need for a new tower if the existing tower is short (30-40'), it would be very unlikely if the existing tower is 50' or more in height.
