In short, assuming the Dish T-Mobile merger does in fact occur, the value to individual towers/leases shouldn't be significantly impacted. More than anything it just means that it is less likely that T-Mobile and Sprint would merge, thereby meaning that there will still be 4 active wireless carriers. That of course is good for the tower companies and to a lesser extent individual tower ground lease holders.
