Our main service offering is in the form of a Cell Tower or Cell Site Lease Assessment, which includes an analysis of the value of your lease (or proposed lease), and recommendations on how to proceed in negotiations. For instance, in the Assessment, we will ascertain whether or not the rental payments are at market value and let you know whether or not we believe you should accept the lease as is, or negotiate better terms, and we will tell you what we believe those terms should be. This analysis will extend beyond the value of the rental payments, and will evaluate at all aspects of the proposed contract. Our Cell Tower and Cell Site Lease Assesments hold a similar amount of professional sway as would, for instance, an assessor's valuation of your property. You will receive a formal document that you can use to negotiate your lease, and we will guide you through the negotiation process (but will not do it without you).
