There are several reasons why you may not have been contacted regarding a renewal yet. It's possible that your tenant (the wireless carriers who is operating on your site) may be in negotiations to merge with another carrier (or has already done so). Perhaps the tenant has decided to cease operations at the site, and will end up terminating your lease. On the other hand, the tenant may simply be attempting to scare you into negotiating a cheaper rent payment. We would not be able to tell unless we knew more information, such as who is operating on your site, at which point we would be able to discuss current wireless industry dynamics with you and let you know what we believe the best course of action to be.
