We typically recommend that you wait until closer to the expiration unless they have put forth a compelling offer. At that point, we recommend that you forward us the offer. We will review it and let you know if it is worth considering or whether you should just refuse it. And we won't charge you a dime. However, if we think that there is an opportunity to improve the terms of the lease, we will let you know the cost of our services.
